Phylliss Flowers, RN, BSN, FNP-C
Phylliss was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She has been in nursing since 1992. Phylliss earned an Associate’s Degree from Shelby State Community College and her Bachelors Degree from Union University Nursing College, in Jackson, Tn in 2000. Phylliss went back to Union University in 2006-2007, to obtain a Masters in Nursing with a concentration on family medicine.
In twenty-seven years in nursing, Phylliss has worked Cardiovascular ICU, Emergency Room and retail and family medicine while at Methodist University Hospital later she moved to Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for ten years.
Phylliss has two adult daughters and one dog named "Steve Harvey Flowers.” Phylliss’s hobbies include traveling and hiking.
Krystal Penate, MA
Krystal was born in Corpus Christi, TX and raised in Lytle, TX, a small town south of San Antonio. She has lived In Oklahoma since 2000. She graduated from Westmoore High School and Moore Norman Technology Center in 2004. She graduated from Heritage college in 2007 where she earned her certifications in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, and X-Ray Technology. She currently is attending Oklahoma City Community College, studying to become a Registered Nurse. She has worked in many different medical fields including Family Practice, Bariatric Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Urgent Care. Krystal enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Natily and Laura. They keep her very busy with their many sports and activities. Both Krystal and her daughters enjoy watching all kinds of sports with their favorite being NFL football. One of her biggest passions is music and her favorite holiday is the 4th of July. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, baking, going to the movies, attending the gym, and camping.
